Our client is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join a team that delivers unique and unforgettable projects, this is a position for someone with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, clients and all stakeholders.
**Office is based in Roselands/Riverwood**
**The Role**:
As the backbone to a fast paced, busy managing director - you will be in charge of managing a team of external agents plus all the back end of the projects, exchanges & settlements.
- Managing their channel agents - all sales from this company are made through external agents
- Collating Sales data & reporting to senior management
- Project launches of new Development's
- Sales advices & exchanges with solicitors
- Customers service throughout the settlement period
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous Experience in Real Estate or Property administration
- Hold a Current Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain
- The ability to work with a high-profile Director
- Work autonomously and be the best at what you do
