YOUR NEW ROLE
As a valued lawyer, reporting to/being mentored by an industry‐leading managing partner & senior CTP team leader, you will relish the stimulation+ fulfilment fighting to obtain justice for injured clients in relation to their CTP/motor accident claims.
Only if you desire some diversity (and have relevant experience), also scope to practice in some workers compensation and work injury damages.
You will be at the front-line actively managing your own files/clients.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* are an admitted lawyer in NSW + have minimum 2+ years or more (senior lawyers welcome) plaintiff personal injury law experience in CTP (essential);
* have strong knowledge of relevant NSW CTP legislation+procedures.
* Have proven ability to take carriage of your own CTP files (including litigated) from start to finish;
* have strong litigation/advocacy, negotiation and legal drafting skills;
* are proactive+thrive in a busy fast-moving environment;
* are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career with a leading firm LONG-TERM.
