We are looking for an experienced and passionate teacher for this part-time, 6 month fixed term role for Semester This role is envisaged to be approx. 0.6 FTE, teaching across our fortnightly Senior School timetable and will involve planning, implementing and assessing a differentiated academic program to cater for a wide range of students' needs.
The St Mary's Mathematics Department is committed to developing knowledge and skills in the mathematical field throughout the Senior School. Mathematics teachers are responsible for implementing learning activities that actively engage and extend students in meaningful educational experiences.
The successful applicant will have:
* experience teaching Mathematics from Years 7 to 12
* the ability to provide a stimulating learning environment, with effective teaching and assessment practices
* a sound understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum
* familiarity with ICT and the use of technology in the classroom
