About the Role
This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for:
* Managing inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy
* Making outbound calls to existing customers
* Scheduling and coordinating bookings efficiently
* Building strong customer relationships and rapport
* Problem-solving and handling customer concerns with confidence
* Working closely with our operations team to ensure seamless communication
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects our company values
What We're Looking For
We are specifically seeking someone with:
* Minimum 10 years' experience in Customer Service, Reception or Client Relations roles
* Outstanding communication and listening skills
* A warm, confident and professional phone manner
* Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to connect naturally with people
* Proven ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* A proactive attitude with the ability to think on your feet
* A positive, energetic personality that contributes to team culture
* Commitment to delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
Experience within the plumbing, electrical, air conditioning or trades/service industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
