Front Office Team Leader
Our guests' memorable experiences have to start somewhere. So why not with you? We're looking for a new Front Office Team Leader to take ownership of delivering exceptional first impressions.
* Leading and coaching your front office team to deliver memorable guest experiences and the warmest of welcomes
* Engaging with guests to build personal relationships and remedy any complaints
* Conducting regular front office inspections to ensure we're making the right first impression
* Being responsible for accurate financial transactions and use of correct procedures
* Ensuring the Front Office Team is trained on systems, service, and quality standards
* Reporting to the Front Office Manager and delivering InterContinental Brand Standards with a lead-from-the-front approach
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Experience – ideally at least 2 years in a front desk or guest service position
* Excellent communication skills – able to handle guest concerns and compliments with ease
* Problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities, leaving guests with great memories
* Fluency in English – additional languages are a plus but not essential
* Flexibility – morning, night, weekend, and holiday shifts are part of the role
* Literate and tech-savvy – good reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills
