Territory Sales Manager Role Overview
This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic sales team as a Territory Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a merchandiser, driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Growth and Expansion: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
* Customer Relationship Building: Identify and prospect new customers, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
* Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
* Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
* Reporting: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management and clients as required.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years sales experience in territory sales or field sales, ideally in FMCG.
* Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
* Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Independence: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* Team Player: Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as you manage business relationships.
* Technical Skills: Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBi skills.
* Valid License: This position requires a valid Full Driver's License.
