Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking a Plant Operator / Labourer to join the teams located in Emerald / Capella / Duaringa / Blackwater Road Crews. As a member of council's Infrastructure team, this position is responsible for performing a range of labouring duties and small plant operation tasks, to assist in the completion and maintenance of road and town facilities.

You will also have additional earning potential when overtime work is available.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to possess:
Experience in a similar role in a civil construction settingA positive and flexible attitude towards a diverse range of labouring tasksWillingness to work on rural job sites which will involve staying in a camp environment when requiredCurrent Queensland Drivers LicenceConstruction White Card
Having the following licences/tickets are not essential, but would be beneficial:
Experience with road construction and/or maintenanceStatement of Attainment or tickets for various small plant equipmentHR Vehicle LicenceTraffic Controller Ticket
