5. Embody luxury standards in presentation and behavior, and manage customer issues/complaints effectively.

7. Maintain health, safety, and welfare of yourself and others at work.
Requirements
* A minimum of two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
* Previous expert selling experience is essential.
* Demonstrable problem-solving ability is crucial for success.
* Strong customer service ethics are vital.
* Excellent communication and computer skills are required.
* Flexible working availability, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.
* Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is advantageous.
* A gemology certificate/diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
