$38 – $45 per hour + penalties (negotiable depending on experience)
About the Role
Spectra Recruitment is seeking experienced Concreters to join a busy and well-established precast workshop in Yatala.
This is a hands-on workshop-based role where you will be heavily involved in all aspects of precast concrete production. You will be working with concrete placing, finishing, and surface preparation, including the use of concrete machinery such as choppers, power trowels, vibrators, and other finishing tools and equipment to achieve high-quality results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Precast concrete work in a workshop environment
* Operating concrete machinery including choppers, vibrators, and finishing tools
* Assisting with formwork, pouring, finishing, and stripping precast elements
* Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Supporting the team to meet daily production schedules
* Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
About You
* Experience in concreting, precast, formwork, or similar construction roles
* Confident using concrete finishing equipment and hand/power tools
* Physically fit, reliable, and safety-focused
* Reliable transport
* Willing to work early starts (5:00–6:00am) plenty of overtime available, paid at penalty rates
* Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
