Junior Shop Assistant/Parts Interpreter (Full-Time)

We are a busy, locally owned motorcycle shop that handles everything from bike sales and servicing to gear and accessories. Whether you're into road bikes, dirt bikes, or just love the culture, this could be your chance to get your foot in the door.
About the Role:
As a key member of our store team, you'll provide outstanding customer service, assist with part enquiries and sales, and help customers find the right parts and accessories for their motorcycles. You'll also support:
· In assisting the Parts Manager
· Learning to identify and interpret motorcycle parts and accessories
· Manage the receipting of parts, ensuring they are checked for accuracy and quality upon arrival.
· Assisting with stock control and inventory management
· General store operations
· Answering phones
· Collecting motorcycles
· Uncrating delivery of motorcycles
What we are looking for?
· Someone with an honest and reliable work ethic
· A genuine interest in motorcycles (experience a bonus, but not essential)
· Willingness to learn and grow within the role
· Willing to tackle any tasks – from helping customers, picking up bikes to cleaning bikes
* Attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
* The ability to work unsupervised

Must have a valid car and motorcycle license
