Administration/Medical Receptionist
East Corrimal Medical Centre
The East Corrimal Medical Centre is seeking to employ an enthusiastic and reliable individual to perform Administration and Receptionist duties at our Medical Practice. This position will be a casual position, two days per week with a view to a permanent part-time position for the right candidate. The hourly rate will be dependent on experience. In this role you will be responsible for:
* High level customer service as the first point of contact for patients and others over the phone and at reception
* Providing administration and business systems support for the overall day to day functioning of the office
* Working flexibly and collaboratively with other administrative staff to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient administration services to meet the needs of the organisation.
You will need to have:
* Previous experience working in administration and reception in a Health Care Setting
* Knowledge of Best Practice Software would be desirable
* Sound knowledge of computers; Windows and MS office applications and ability to learn any new clinical information systems
* A willingness to learn, attention to detail and maintain absolute confidentiality regarding client and corporate information
* Demonstrated ability to work independently but also to work cooperatively with others as part of a team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service skills
* Ability to be sympathetic and compassionate to the needs of customers
