We are seeking a female Disability Support Worker to support a young female participant in Cessnock. This role is ideal for someone patient, reliable, and confident in working with children or young people with behavioural and support needs.
Shift Details
* Monday to Thursday
* 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
* More shifts may become available over time
* Immediate start
About the Role
You will be supporting a young participant with:
* Afternoon routines
* Personal care
* Community access and drives
* Behavioural and emotional regulation support
* Meal preparation
* Following daily structure and routines
Requirements
* Female support worker only (participant preference)
* Experience with behaviours of concern (highly regarded)
* Ability to follow support plans and maintain consistency
* Current WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR
* Driver's licence & reliable car
* ABN
