The Role:
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Act as the primary client contact, identifying growth opportunities, and solving client challenges
- Interpret and communicate financial data to financial and non-financial people
- Manage the delivery of service offerings for multiple clients within deadlines
- Collaborate with internal tax and compliance teams to deliver cohesive service
- Mentor and support junior advisors, contributing to the firm’s knowledge-sharing culture
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the firm’s advisory approach and service offerings
About You:
- Keen to learn how different businesses operate and what makes them tick.
- Commerce Background.
- Strong understanding of business operations.
- Experience in a Finance Manager role.
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Drive for continuous professional development.
- Ability to interpret and interrogate data and variances.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
