**About the role**
We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Coordinator to join our client in their Acacia Ridge location. As an organisation committed to providing outstanding value and service, you will be the central point of contact for their customers.
**In this customer centric role, you will**:
- Take ownership of customer enquiries
- Manage the order to delivery process from end to end
- Manage and resolve escalated or complicated customer enquiries
- Document all information and adhere to standard operating procedures
- Enter and maintain customer information using a variety of systems
- Provide customers with product and service information
**About you**
You are a customer focused individual, with a strong service mindset who has knowledge of customer service principles and practices and experience in administration.
In addition, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in the order to delivery process and/or experience in accounts receivable
- Extensive experience and knowledge in customer service
- Understand supply chain, logistics and warehousing operations (preferred but not essential)
- A strong track record of operational and organisational improvement with a positive approach to change and learning
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement & relationship management
