**About the Role**
They are currently seeking multiple experienced Administration & Customer Support Officers to join their team in Wollongong with the flexibility to work remotely from home.

This is an estimated 3-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to deliver professional and empathetic customer service to vulnerable clients and their families to assist in the coordination of free specialised transportation services providing equal opportunity.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver skilled and empathetic customer service
- Respond to customer enquiries in a high-volume fast paced environment
- Facilitate the resolution of issues, problems and complaints
- Provide information and educate customers on Departments services
- Support the delivery of customer focused logistics services to vulnerable clients
- Distribution of electronic and hard copy mail
- Manage and maintain registers
- Preparation of documentation including briefing notes, correspondence and reports
- Extracting data, generating multiple spreadsheets and reports including transport run creation
- High volume data processing of information
- Records and database management in TRIM, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
- Demonstrated Administration or Business Support experience
- Previous experience working with vulnerable clients advantageous
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Exceptional typing skills and efficiency
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft exposure, MS Office suite and TRIM

**Requirements**:

- Reliable remote internet access with the ability to work remotely from home
- Valid Working With Children’s Check and undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
