This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and support, working closely with our technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handle user access, updates, upgrades, and configuration changes
* Provide level 1 help desk support
* Leverage ServiceNow platform expertise
* Utilize templates, guides, and documents to complete tasks efficiently
* Support onboarding and setting up new platforms
Required Skills:
* 2+ years of business experience or service/operational processing
* Strong computer skills
* BASIC software knowledge
Differentiators:
* Experience using Google Suite or knowledge of trade credit (not essential)
* Completed internships, volunteer work, or personal projects
