**The Opportunity**
They are looking for a Professional and well presented Receptionist/Administrator to support their accounting team.
**Duties**:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages
- Diary management
- Scheduling and booking meeting rooms
- Managing ASIC/ATO duties
- Filing, scanning and other adhoc duties
**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Professionally presented with a strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work well under pressure
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Excellent attention to detail
