Learning Strategy and Development Lead

* Develop a comprehensive training strategy roadmap and curriculum tailored to diverse audiences
* Design learning materials, user guides, and role-based training to ensure high adoption rates
* Manage training needs analysis, readiness assessments, and capability uplift initiatives
* Oversee training delivery and collaborate with project leadership teams
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading training for major HR/Payroll system transformation projects, hands-on experience delivering training in platforms like SAP or Oracle HCM, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
