Reporting to the E-Learning Design Manager; the primary purpose of this role is to create and implement e-Learning courses that focus on the learner journey, ensuring that it is enjoyable, engaging, relevant, whilst monitoring the quality, profitability and on time delivery commitments.

As this is an entry level opportunity; we will train and guide you to be able to fulfill the requirements of this role's responsibilities including:
Designing and developing online e-Learning courses using Articulate 360, iSpring and Captivate.
Creating and converting inductions using Adobe Animate.
Reviewing supplied Scorm courses to ensure correct functionality and good learner experience.
Creating e-learning resources using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Creating and maintaining our numerous Learning Management Systems.
Providing outstanding service to our clients and their learners which will consist of employees, contractors, sub-contractors and visitors.

To be successful in this role, you will:
Be willing to learn how to use a variety of e-learning authorising tools.
Have an excellent attention to detail.
Be proficient in literacy and grammar.
Drive for quality outcomes in all aspects of your role.
Possess excellent time management skills.
Strong work ethic and a desire to work in a challenging role.
