Property Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out property condition reports, final inspections, and routine inspections.
You will also be required to operate various software systems, including REST, Filesmart, Word, and Excel, as needed.
Negotiating lease requirements with landlords and tenants, negotiating rent reviews, calculating bond disbursements, and signing tenants up while ensuring they understand their rights and those of the landlord are also key responsibilities.
Additionally, you may be required to attend court proceedings.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a great attitude, drive, and excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to work within a team environment and autonomously.
You must also have knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and hold WA Real Estate Registration and a current Driver's License.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out property condition reports, final inspections, and routine inspections
* Negotiating lease requirements with landlords and tenants
* Negotiating rent reviews with landlords and tenants
* Calculating bond disbursements
* SIGNING TENANTS UP WHILE ENSURING THEY UNDERSTAND THEIR RIGHTS AND THOSE OF THE LANDLORD
* Attending court proceedings
Requirements:
