Who We’re Looking For
We seek a dynamic and innovative leader for the Director of AI Ads Acceleration role. Responsibilities include accelerating adoption of Microsoft's AI Advertising products, deepening client relationships, driving revenue, and providing feedback to product development. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Teams, and demands a proven track record in AI solutions adoption, relationship building, and revenue growth. Experience in advertising and AI is essential.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years in partner management, sales, or business development in tech
* OR 12+ years in similar roles
* Experience with senior-level relationship management and strategic planning

Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & AI Acceleration: Develop strategies to promote AI advertising solutions, partner with sales teams, and demonstrate value to clients.
2. Cross-Group Collaboration: Enable teams to deliver AI solutions, share insights, and adapt to market changes.
3. Customer Engagement: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements.
4. Strategic Planning: Prioritize accounts, identify opportunities, and align sales strategies globally.
5. GTM Planning: Contribute to go-to-market strategies for AI Ads launches.
6. Industry Leadership: Influence industry leaders through speaking engagements and thought leadership.
7. Culture Leadership: Promote an inclusive, growth-oriented culture through leadership and example.
