Job Description Summary
Exciting opportunity to join our Telecommunications division as a Field Surveyor
About the Role
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000
Key Responsibilities
- Escalate risks and problem solving to minimize the impact of any issues that arise
- Coordinate Professional Traffic Management and site set-ups by subcontractors
- Work in conjunction with Sub-contractors Engineering, HSE and Quality Team to ensure, Safe, on-time and cost-effective design and construction solutions
- Provide Field Supervision to Deliver work packages end to end:
- Understanding and implementing nbn Build Standards.
- Manage subcontractor compliance e.g., documentation, workmanship, quality
- Managing and maintaining data inputted into GIS Survey Platform (Konnect)
- Provide in-field progress updates
- Provide constructability feedback and solutions to design issues
About you
- Demonstrated experience in a Telecommunications Design/Engineering and Construction environment
- Advanced knowledge of general Microsoft Applications
- Planning and project management skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate across a broad spectrum of stake holders
- High level numerical analysis skills and the ability to provide clear conclusions and recommendations on complex issues
- Strong work ethic and a disciplined approach
- Knowledge of property and leasing matters within a telecommunications environment
