**The Position - NEW DUE TO COMPANY GROWTH**
- Manage the admin/contract process from listing through to settlement, including but not limited to;
- Order certificate of titles | upload property and VPA into CRM & websites | create home open packs | organise signboards and brochures
- Process sales contract | manage contract conditions and timelines | liaise with settlement agents & sales rep
- Onboard new staff & liaise with the marketing team
- Keep checklists and procedures up to date and current
- Other adhoc duties
**Skills & Experience**
- **Previous real estate sales administration experience is essential**:
- Corporate presentation and a strong eye for detail
- Passionate about the real estate industry and driven in a sales environment
- Adaptable, positive can do attitude and ability to multitask
- Confidence & exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
- Multi-task and prioritise your workload
