About The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Kitchen/Office Assistant to join our Head Office based in Hendra.
Collaborating closely with another Kitchen/Office assistant, your role will involve supporting kitchen stocking, cleanliness, and ordering of supplies, as well as front desk responsibilities. You'll play a key part in maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the business.
Duties of this role will include, but not be limited to;
* Cleaning: Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and office areas, bringing a sparkle to the workplace.
* Catering: Respond to catering requests, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and assist with event catering to uphold excellent service standards.
* Administration: Provide ad hoc administrative support as required, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
* Front Desk: Serve as the point of contact for deliveries, manage courier ordering, and handle Australia Post mailing tasks efficiently.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a busy work environment.
* Proficiency in basic IT skills.
* Prior experience in a corporate environment is advantageous, demonstrating familiarity with office protocols and procedures
