Job Description
Help create unforgettable experiences for children across Australia, Ireland, the UK and New Zealand JAG is looking for a Product & Events Manager to design, develop and enhance our School Holiday programs. This role blends creativity, strategy and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences for primary school -aged children.
What You'll Do
* Lead lifecycle management of our School Holiday programs, improving the experiences, quality, engagement and attendance.
* Develop fun, innovative program themes for the School Holiday Programs
* Use insights, data and customer feedback to develop and improve offerings.
* Engage with suppliers, vendors and internal teams to deliver exceptional program experiences.
* Develop and Manage School Holiday plans reviewing operational performance.
* Ensure safety compliance, quality assurance and commercial viability across programs.

Qualifications
What You Bring
* Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivering results.
* A passion for creating memorable and high-quality holiday experiences for children.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent data management and business skills and proficiency using, Excell and Powerpoint
* Strong analytical skills to inform product decisions.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
* Event management experience a plus
