Our organization is seeking a skilled engineer to join our technical team. In this critical role, you will work closely with our internal engineering team and provide technical support to customers in the bulk materials handling industry.
* You will accompany team members on site visits during audits and learn to provide independent technical and analytical support to clients.
* Key responsibilities include reviewing and updating company literature, operating 3D laser scanning equipment on site, processing scans, generating technical documents including QA/QC manuals inspection forms etc., assisting with root cause analysis on equipment failures providing detailed reports with actionable recommendations monitoring improvements identifying key areas for supply chain enhancements supporting a dynamic small business offering collaborative innovative working environment
