As a Sales Representative (9 x month FTC) within our Victorian Consumer Healthcare Field Sales team, you’ll drive our brands in Pharmacies across the Mornington Peninsula territory. You will be responsible for the achievement of sales budgets (targets), maximising product distribution, shelf positioning, merchandising, business development plans and account relationships.Main responsibilities:Taking responsibility for all aspects of merchandising in designated accounts, ensuring client gains the full impact and benefit of promotional activity by placing Point of Sale, maintaining maximum visibility and product availability.Maintain a high level of account & display standards linked to the commercial strategy direction.Ensure all major key account activations are executed within the designated territory.Sales to budget – Achieve sales budget and executional measures as nominated by the National/Sales Manager.Maximise product distribution, shelf positioning and merchandising as determined by the State/Field Manager & in accordance with marketing/promotional plans.Awareness of reporting on competitor and industry activity to enable the review of the impact on marketing strategies.Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy accounts which will give our company the high profile necessary to achieve long term success.Maintain an agreed call rate and call frequency.About youExperience:Ideally you will bring 2-3 years experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical sales OR have working experience in the Pharmacy channel looking to break into Sales!Must have proven background of exceptional customer service and relationship building.Soft and Technical Skills:Must be proactive and highly motivated in working autonomously.Team player with a can-do attitude, positive and willing to learn!High level of communication to engage with all levels of stakeholders- both internally and externally.Must have current valid Australian/Victorian Drivers Licence.Desirable Qualifications:Degree qualified a plus.Why choose us?Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally.Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact.Join a high performing, friendly and supportive team environment.Endless development and progression opportunities across the business.
