Human Resources Manager
This is a leadership role that requires the ability to find and retain top talent for Uline's Edmonton branch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and be able to lead a team of professionals to exceed hiring goals.
About the Role
The Human Resources Manager will lead HR programs, services, and strategies for over 150 employees. This includes motivating, leading, and developing a team of HR professionals to achieve hiring goals.
* Lead HR programs, services, and strategies for 150+ employees.
* Motivate, lead, and develop team of HR professionals to exceed hiring goals.
* Collaborate with the branch manager, hiring managers, and HR team members on high-growth recruitment strategies, organizational structure, and staffing levels.
* Provide guidance on employee relations and engagement strategies.
* Communicate and administer company benefits and compensation plans.
* Partner with leadership to influence employees towards achievement of company goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
* CPHR certification preferred.
* 7+ years HR/recruitment manager experience, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
* Familiarity with using an applicant tracking system (ATS). Workday a plus.
* Experience managing HR for a warehouse/distribution and shift environment.
