Credit Expertise Sought
We are searching for a skilled Credit Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will work closely with clients and the internal team to assess financial information, structure deals, and ensure all submissions align with lender policy and our high standards of excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lending procedures and policies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate financial information and credit reports to make informed decisions
* Develop financial models to assess borrowing capacity for clients
* Liaise with clients and third parties to gather information and troubleshoot issues
* Research lender policies and prepare high-quality loan scenarios and application packs
* Coordinated compliance documentation and manage administrative tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bilingual Mandarin speaking/reading is highly regarded
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously with minimal supervision
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
