The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will drive sales growth, deliver expert clinical support, and cultivate relationships with key customer accounts. You will also benefit from a comprehensive onboarding program and clear career advancement opportunities.
About You
1. Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the orthopaedics
2. Exceptional relationship-building abilities with effective communication skills to influence healthcare professionals at all levels
3. Confidence in providing technical and clinical support in theatre settings
4. Commercial acumen with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
5. Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms
6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of independent work
7. Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
Responsibilities
1. Drive revenue growth through support of domestic and international sales initiatives
2. Create and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business and expand existing accounts
3. Develop product expertise to provide informed guidance to clinical and commercial stakeholders
4. Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, and procurement specialists
5. Generate timely, accurate sales reports with actionable insights
6. Identify emerging market opportunities and support the introduction of innovative solutions
