About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will:
* Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance, quality, and financial performance
* Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to achieve high performance and quality outcomes
* Build meaningful relationships with families and the local community
* Drive occupancy through your strong commercial and marketing mindset
* Guide your team toward Meeting or Exceeding the National Quality Standards
About You
You are a confident and values‑driven leader who brings:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
* Proven experience as a Centre Manager
* A current Working with Children Check
* Strong capability in leading teams, achieving targets, and maintaining compliance
