Your Role
1. Managing and nurturing relationships with landlords and tenants.
2. Appraising and inspecting Commercial properties.
3. Day to day management of the portfolio, and responding to queries.
4. Managing lease documentation, rent reviews, sign ups, renewals and negotiations.
5. Oversee maintenance, repairs and compliance to uphold asset quality.
Your Advantage
1. Substantial understanding of the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Act and lease agreements.
2. Sales or PM Registration Certificate and WA Drivers Licence.
3. Confident in financial dealings.
4. A high level of communication and negotiation skills.
5. Able to work business hours, Monday to Friday.
