As a Regional Manager, you will oversee all aspects of shutdown activities within the Shutdowns and General Maintenance Department. This pivotal role ensures that all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with industry standards. Leveraging best practices and innovative technologies, you will manage end‑to‑end shutdown processes and serve as the primary point of contact for all shutdown‑related activities. Your leadership will be key in planning, coordinating, and supporting the workforce and client requirements while driving positive outcomes, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting continuous improvement.
About You
* Eligible to work in Australia
* Construction White Card
* Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification
* Over five (5) years’ of leadership experience and proficiency in managing teams
* Sound understanding of fixed plant mine operations
* Extensive knowledge in systems, codes, and regulations
* High level of technical aptitude, problem‑solving skills with the ability to delegate
* Capacity to work effectively with minimal supervision while producing deliverables
* Ability to achieve high standards under budgetary and schedule constraints
* Possess sound business acumen and ability to adapt to different business environments
* Strong communication skills, positive attitude and commitment to doing your best
* Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment
