As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the professional and efficient management of your clients' property portfolios. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a high standard of customer service, and a commitment to consistently delivering quality outcomes. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive issue resolution, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily property management tasks including leasing, inspections, maintenance, rent arrears, lease renewals and vacates
Provide exceptional client communication, ensuring all calls and emails are returned same day
Build strong relationships with owners and tenants through proactive updates and professional support
Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections with accurate reporting and follow-up
Coordinate repairs and maintenance, obtain quotes, update CRM records and keep parties informed
Monitor rent arrears, issue notices in line with legislation and keep owners updated
Prepare marketing for vacant properties, minimise vacancy and provide weekly feedback to owners
Process tenancy applications, complete reference checks and present applicant recommendations
Manage bond refunds, insurance claims and NCAT preparation when required
Ensure full compliance with smoke alarm, pool, safety and legislative requirements
Maintain accurate CRM documentation across all tasks
