**About the Opportunity**:
As the Digital Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a superior family experience across our external digital platforms. As one of two Digital Experience Specialists in our Digital Enablement team you will be responsible for designing and optimising the digital experience for our families. The team is also responsible for a superior digital Goodstarter experience, providing platform management of our intranet and staff communication tools, evolving our digital properties, enforcing design principles and conducting user acceptance testing. This role will see you work across a range of digital platforms and will provide you with the autonomy and opportunity to develop a range of skills. Furthermore, you'll participate in an exciting program of work to re-develop and optimise our websites.
**Your Impact**:
This role is about using your digital product management, data, analytics and SEO skills to grow acquisition and support retention. As an experienced digital professional, you'll achieve this by demonstrating fresh, insightful thinking by developing creative approaches to processes and practices, products and solutions, services, business models and strategies.
Demonstrate collaboration and strive for consistency within own team and wider organisation to deliver against objectives.
Participate in continuous improvement in methods, procedures and systems, both individually and aspart of the team to improve customer service delivery.
Establish the digital experience framework for all digital platforms across Goodstart inclusive of journey mapping, design principles, UAT and appropriate experience measures.
Platform management and enhancement of intranet and communication tools to support and empower our centre teams to drive quality and performance.
Establish the digital measures that matter to track utilisation, experience and to establish best practice benchmarks.
**You'll bring to the table**:
Solid experience managing multiple programs across a large / complex organisation and still delivering a customer focused outcome.
Preferably you'll have a relevant tertiary qualification although this isn't essential.
Change Management Skills / Product Management skills is desirable
