About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Merchandise Sorter to join our store's production area and work as part of a great team. Daily responsibilities include grading, categorising, and packing a large volume of donated and new clothing and accessories.
This hands‐on role requires a keen eye for quality, strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet production targets. You will also support and guide volunteers while contributing to a sustainable retail operation that helps make a positive impact in the community.

What you will bring
* A strong eye for fashion, quality and current retail trends
* Experience working in a fast‐paced warehouse environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Knowledge of Australian fashion brands and an understanding of retail merchandise standards
* Physical capability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing for extended periods and handling merchandise

Compensation
Pay from $26.70 / hour (~$20,826.00 / annum) + superannuation, with access to salary packaging.
