About the Role
As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be the first point of
contact for our diverse community, assisting customers via phone
and email. You will play a critical role in responding to enquiries
and providing high-quality service while completing a wide variety
of administrative tasks.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced,
customer-centric environment and demonstrate the following:
• Previous customer service experience in a contact centre or
face-to-face service
• A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written
skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient computer skills with great attention to
detail
• Cash handling experience, receipting
• Ability and willingness to work across sites, including
external service outlets
