About the Opportunity

Working a 5/2/4/3 roster, you'll take ownership of Reliability and Maintenance Planning across the entire mobile mining fleet, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and operational efficiency.
Our primary recruitment hubs are Townsville and Rockhampton, however we strongly encourage applications from candidates across all regional Queensland communities.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Leading Reliability Maintenance and overseeing the full maintenance plan for all site equipment
* Delivering accurate reporting and documentation to ensure operational requirements are consistently met
* Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly performance reports to your line manager, including recommendations for improvement
* Ensuring all maintenance and repairs are executed safely, on time and within budget
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading teams to develop and implement practical, performance-enhancing solutions
What You'll Bring
* Engineering qualification and/or Trade background in Plant Mechanics (or equivalent) with proven experience in a similar leadership role
* Current Mining Supervisor competencies – G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3)
* Current Carry Out the Risk Management Process – G2 (RIIRIS402D)
* Current Standard 11
* Current QLD Driver's Licence
