What does this role hold for you...??

We are looking for a high-ownership, results-driven sales manager to manage and scale our Broker Insider Sales business for Housing.com. The person will be responsible for generating sales from sellers registered on our platform through an outbound calling process. Our ideal manager is a self-starter who embraces ambiguity, thinks big and brings his/her own uncompromising standard of excellence with a proven track record of leading a high performance inside sales team. If you get a kick by chasing aggressive targets, fuel growth by coaching & grooming your team – this is the job for you!This is a P&L-owning role with end-to-end accountability for monthly revenue delivery, sales productivity, sales operations, process excellence & quality, client servicing & renewals and vendor management in a fast-paced call center environment.

* Revenue and P&L Ownership
* Drive and own monthly/quarterly sales targets for the process with focus on scaling sales productivity and conversion efficiency.
* Drive new sales, renewals, and repeat revenue from unpaid and previously paid broker accounts.
* Monitor and optimize call flows, connect rates, time-to-first-connect, and conversion ratios.
* Track daily/weekly sales pipelines, funnel health, and conversion metrics to ensure target delivery.
* Design and execute sales promotions, incentive programs, and client offers to drive momentum.
* Manage client escalations and ensure seamless service activation and post-sale servicing. Drive superior client experience through structured follow-ups and campaign management.

Process, Systems & Sales Enablement:

* Define and maintain SOPs across hiring, training, performance management, and customer servicing.
* Maintain operational excellence by ensuring compliance with defined SLAs and process standards.
* Build and implement an objective call quality and audit framework.
* Ensure regular agent training on product, pitch, objection handling, and compliance.
* Conduct quality audits and drive continuous improvement in agent performance.
* Work closely with Product & Tech teams on CRM, dialer, and workflow improvements.
* Run manual and system-assisted reporting to track every aspect of sales performance.
* Track & manage all clients queries & escalations in close coordination with the
* Support team to ensure timely resolution and best-in-class CSAT.

People Leadership:

* Lead, coach, and manage Team Leaders and agents in partnership with the call center.
* Drive performance management, PIPs, rewards & recognition, and engagement initiatives.
* Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence.
* Drive continuous learning through regular product and process training sessions.
* Conduct knowledge audits and quality checks to ensure superior call quality and adherence to standards.
* Manage attrition effectively by building engagement and motivation across the team.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

* Act as the single point of ownership for the outsourced call center relationship.
* Manage vendor commercials, contracts, billing validation, resourcing plans, and capacity planning.
* Ensure optimal staffing, seat productivity, and adherence to agreed SLAs.
* Collaborate with internal teams for seamless coordination across sales, operations, and technology.

* Strong P&L ownership mindset with deep sales execution capability.
* Proven ability to operate in high-pressure, target-driven call center environments.
* Hands-on experience with CRM, dialers, Excel-based reporting, and manual tracking.
* Strong stakeholder management across vendors, internal teams, and leadership.
* Ability to work through ambiguity, system limitations, and execution complexity.
* 8–12 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales leadership.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large inside sales teams.
* Strong background in B2B sales, renewals, and collections.
* Experience in vendor management, commercials, and operational governance.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and people leadership skills.
