Qepoxy is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week) at our Northgate, Queensland location. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.
What you'll be doing
Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to safety protocols
Collaborate with the wider team to optimise workflow and implement process improvements
Contribute to the development and implementation of warehouse strategies and initiatives
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse role, preferably within the resin flooring industry or paint industry.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and inventory control systems
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement
