Job Specification
This is a Pharmacist in Charge position suited to a confident professional with 2+ years' experience in forward dispensing and patient counselling. You'll work closely with 2-3 pharmacists and a large support team to deliver quality healthcare services.
Key details:
Dispensing system: Fred to handle busy script trade
Roster: 40 hours/week over a Mon-Sun rotational schedule, with 2 days off (some weekends required)
Store hours: Mon-Sat 8:00am-6:30pm, Sun/Public Holidays 9:00am-5:00pm
You will be well supported by experienced Dispensary and FOS teams
Skills Required
AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Minimum 2 years' experience in a community pharmacy setting
Strong patient counselling and forward dispensing capabilities
Confidence in managing professional services and Webster checking
Team-oriented with great communication and leadership skills
