Job Title: Customer And Corporate Services Manager
This role is responsible for leading a team that provides exceptional customer service and oversees the day-to-day operations of Canberra Memorial Parks. The manager will ensure compliance with corporate responsibilities in finance, human resources, procurement, IT, and government reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team to provide high-quality customer service and achieve business objectives.
* Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Canberra Memorial Parks, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
* Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Transport Canberra and City Services Directorate.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing business operations, including financial processing, procurement, human resource management, IT, and records management. They will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle issues tactfully and discreetly.
