About the Role
This is a pivotal opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organization. As a Strategic Workforce Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver guidance and support across various HR matters. Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies and practices, contributing to the development of HR strategies and policies, and undertaking case management to support ER matters.
You will also be responsible for educating and advising managers to enhance their skills in people management, assisting the Manager Employee Relations with reporting, and collaborating with the Recruitment team to support workforce planning.

Responsibilities
1. Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
2. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies that align with organizational goals.
3. Undertake case management to resolve employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, grievance resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
4. Educate and advise managers on effective people management techniques.
5. Assist the Manager Employee Relations with weekly and monthly reporting.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Diploma-level qualification in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
* At least two years' experience in dealing with employee relations matters.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to analyze data and produce reports.
* Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities.
