The Role 
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, the Brand & Marketing Manager will own the company's marketing strategy and execution — balancing strategic thinking with campaign management. 
You'll be responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening brand identity, and driving lead generation across a variety of client segments and business streams. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across all business units 
- Lead content creation: articles, videos, social media, email newsletters, event collateral 
- Tailor messaging for corporate, SME, aged care, aviation, and financial services audiences 
- Ensure internal brand consistency while adapting messaging for varied audiences 
- Manage CMS (Apache preferred) and oversee SEO strategy to grow digital reach 
- Coordinate external agencies and contractors (social, design, digital) 
- Manage the marketing budget and report on campaign ROI and performance 
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to inform leadership decisions

What You'll Bring 
- 5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally in financial services or insurance 
- Marketing experience across any industry will be considered for this position 
- Experience managing multi-entity or parent-company marketing strategies 
- Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) - able to make small changes if needed 
- Proven ability to manage third-party marketing and digital providers 
- Experience with CMS platforms (Apache ideal; WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal relevant) 
- Strong grasp of SEO and digital advertising strategies 
- Budget management and data-driven reporting skills 
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field 
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and executives
