We are currently working with a multi award-winning insurance brokerage who has a newly released role. The are looking to add an Account Executive to their Financial Lines team of 3. Based in Melbourne's Inner South East, this is a great opportunity for someone who's already had exposure to Financial Lines broking and wants to step into a role with genuine support, development, and long-term career pathways.

The opportunity
You'll support the collaborative Financial Lines team across a diverse portfolio, helping deliver high-quality service across:
* New business quotes, renewals, endorsements and mid-term adjustments
* Client management and day-to-day servicing
* Liaison with insurers and underwriters (including relationship-building opportunities)
* Assisting with admin/documentation and ensuring compliance is met
* Supporting senior brokers/account managers as you continue developing your Financial Lines capability
What you'll need
* 2+ year's experience in Financial Lines (D&O, Cyber, ML, PL, PI) would be highly regarded
* Tier 1 / RG146 (or working toward completion)
* Experience with Steadfast systems (highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
* Confidence communicating with stakeholders (clients + underwriters)
