Very busy Central Coast pub is seeking a passionate and dedicated commis chef to join our team. You will assist our senior chefs with daily prep and presentation of dishes. Maintaining a clean, organized and well stocked station. Must be able to work in a large team environment and must work well with others in a rapid paced, tight kitchen.
Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights or visa authorisation.

Required Qualifications include a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery and at least 2 years full time experience in high-volume commercial kitchen operations.
Duties include:
- preparing and cooking menu items
- maintaining stock and supplies
- ensuring hygiene and safety compliance
- assist with menu planning
- supervise other kitchen staff
