We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Engineering Operations Manager to lead our team of specialists in providing best practice support methodologies, technical expertise, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a high performance culture within the team, leading automation efforts, improving efficiencies, and overseeing daily operations with minimal supervision. They will also validate and maintain client risk and issues registers, provide governance to implementations and changes affecting end-user SOE environments, and identify improvements/project revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Comprehensive understanding of supporting customers across an outsourced delivery environment
* Previous operational management experience within a Managed Services Environment
* Excellent understanding of financials surrounding profit and loss
* Knowledge of Hardware and Software Vendors support processes, including product lifecycles
* Advanced End User management knowledge
* Modern and traditional End Point Device Management Solutions (SCCM, Intune, AutoPilot, and other MDM/endpoint management solutions)
* Microsoft Operating System Configuration & Deployment (Win10- Win11)
* Collaboration Platforms (Teams for Business, Planner)
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both a technical and non-technical format
* Ability to operate under limited direction
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Excellent delegation skills clearly outlining expectations and accountability
* Ability to interface with all levels of management both internal and external
* Ability to build a cohesive team and work with large teams
Nice to Have
* Beginner Level Project Management principles, and/or Project Management
* Ability to work with customers to conduct discovery tasks to support project engagements
* M365 Stack exposure
* Azure Virtual Desktop experience
* Apple OS support and project experience
* ITIL Certifications
