Leadership Role: Maintenance Manager
The role of a Maintenance Manager is a high-level position that requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise. The successful candidate will oversee the effective management, maintenance, and lifecycle planning of all assets and infrastructure within their portfolio.
This involves ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of corrective and preventative maintenance in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will be a key member of a collaborative team contributing to the development of maintenance strategies that support patient care and operational excellence across sites.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline, or trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Services. They will also have proven experience in facilities or maintenance management ideally within healthcare or hospital environments.
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, working under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment. They will also be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining, a current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
