General Maintenance Officers (Handypersons) Needed
Reliable Maintenance Officers are needed to perform general property repairs, preventative maintenance, and grounds upkeep for Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living facilities. Positions are open across multiple locations, including Greater Sydney, Western Sydney, the Inner West, Eastern Sydney, and the Northern Suburbs, with mature and semi-retired individuals highly encouraged to apply.
Requirement
* Similar experience in a previous trade, handyperson, or maintenance role
* Knowledge of WHS requirements and the ability to work safely
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Reliable transport and a valid car licence
* Hold an NDISWC Clearance or National Criminal History Check, or be willing to undergo one
Work Conditions
* Casual position with both part-time and full hours available
* Competitive pay starting from $36.20 per hour + Superannuation
* Roles located across multiple Sydney regions including Greater Sydney, Western Sydney, Inner West, Eastern Sydney, and Northern Suburbs
