Advanced Audiology Role | Lead, Support, Inspire
Metro South Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Audiologist to join the Audiology Department across Logan Hospital and Redlands Outreach Clinic. This temporary full‐time HP4 role delivers advanced diagnostic audiology services as part of the Putting Queensland Kids First initiative, supporting both paediatric and adult populations within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities
* Deliver advanced diagnostic audiology services across hospital and outreach settings
* Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to staff and students
* Lead service improvement, quality initiatives, and evidence‐based practice
About You
You are an experienced and confident Audiologist who thrives in a complex healthcare environment and values patient‐centred care.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated expertise in complex diagnostic audiology (paediatric & adult)
* Strong communication skills with ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate
* Proven ability to manage workload, prioritise, and drive service improvements

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
